Join a group of passionate students and faculty to engage with questions of how technology can help build healthier communities in East Africa. Successful applicants will receive a $1,000 stipend toward participation in workshops, learning about digital projects, working with faculty, and traveling to East Africa for a two-week field school in the summer of 2018. Participation in this field school will count toward KU class credit. Please join us for an information session on Friday, November 10th with the co-Directors (Profs. Katie Rhine, Peter Ojiambo, and Liz MacGonagle) to learn more about this opportunity and the application process. You may also write to kasc@ku.edu for more information.
