Join us for dinner and discussion with our panelists who hold master’s and PhDs and are working in diverse careers to learn about career paths beyond the professoriate and how you can get there
October 9th, 5pm-8pm at the Hall Center for the Humanities. Panelists include:
Carolyn Brown, PhD, young adult author and biographer (best known for her biographies of Eudora Welty and Margaret Walker)
Louise Knight, MA, author and historian (best known for her work on Jane Addams, Hull House founder)
Pellom McDaniels, PhD, curator, Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives and Rare Book Library (MARBL), Emory University
Doretha Williams, PhD, Smith Fund Program Manager at National Museum of African American History and Culture, Smithsonian Institution
