EmPower Self Defense Workshop from the Emily Taylor Center
October 26, 2017 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Our self-defense course takes a holistic approach to self-defense, emphasizing both physical and psychological strategies. The workshop is designed to improve your awareness, personal safety, and self-confidence. Each session is presented by professional martial artists from Premier Martial Arts. No prior martial arts experiences required. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
This workshop emphasizes weapons self-defense, for traditional self-defense, please see the workshop on November 9th.
