Developing your leadership and diagnostic skills are crucial for both leading the classroom as an instructor or creating your own successful lab. These skills are also favored by employers across career paths in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.

Dr. Mary Banwart, director of the KU Institute for Leadership Studies, will lead this interactive workshop to help you strengthen skills you are already developing in the classroom and lab by learning:

  • Adaptive leadership techniques
  • Core leadership competencies
  • How to diagnose and analyze common leadership dilemmas

Register to attend by September 28th.
